When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your package is on its way.
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 15 calendar days after the day you receive them. For Nest thermostats and Verizon contracts, different timelines may apply.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Google Pay and Google Store Financing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, the Google Store only ships to addresses within the country where the store is located. We do not support freight forwarding services.
How do I track my package?
You can track your package by visiting the Order History page in your Google Store account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Is there a warranty on my device?
Most Google hardware products come with a limited one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. You can also purchase Preferred Care for extended coverage.
